Points Allocation

Summer Series

A rider’s best 13 events aggregate to the Summer series jersey award with the following restrictions:

  • 3 events must be time trials;
  • 3 events must be criteriums; and
  • 2 events must be road races.

Only events on the Summer series program attract points. If riders are tied at the end of the season then the rider with the highest aggregate of points from the Lunarfest event will be the winner.

Winter Series

A rider’s best 12 events aggregate to the Winter series jersey award with the following restrictions:

  • 1 event must be an all in scratch race;
  • 2 events must be graded scratch races; and
  • 3 events must be handicaps.

Only events on the Winter series program attract points. If riders are tied at the end of the season then the rider with the highest points from the Club Championship road race will be the winner.

Points are allocated for each race as follows:
CLUB RACES Placing Points


Handicaps and Scratch
The first 11 riders get points as indicated irrespective of grades, except in the case of graded scratch races.

Fastest time in a road race will be awarded 3 points outside of the first 3 placings.

For Summer series time trial events, points will be awarded on a graded basis
