Summer 2007/08 - Remaining Races

Just to clarify the race program for the remainder of the Summer 2007/08 season – the Tour de Murray date has changed from when the program was first prepared, meaning that there is a change to the published program. This change was reflected in the race duty roster that was issued in January for the second half of the Summer season. So the remaining events are as follows (race duty in brackets):

· Tuesday 18 March – Riverside – ITT 24 km PB Night (Harry Robbins, Peter Winton);

· Sunday 23 March – Airport – Points Criterium (Ian Beruldsen, Chris Parrott);

· Tuesday 25 March – Riverside – ITT 8 km PB Night (Tom Athorn, Dave Digby); and

· Sunday 30 March – Tour de Murray (Social ride). Club riders participating in this ride usually meet at the Mildura Lawn Tennis Club at 8.00 am on the day before heading off for the 70 km ride … which usually turns into a “race” on the return leg!

The Summer season presentations will be held at the Pizza Café on Sunday 6 April at 1.00 pm. The cost for lunch (pizza and salad) will be $10 per person. Riders and their families are welcome to attend.
